Usage and billing history is available once generated by Indio Water Authority.
Simply visit https://dropcountr.com/signup/indio and enter your account number and service address as provided in your email or on your water bill. You must have an active Indio Water Authority Utility account and email to register.
how do I set my Notification Preferences?
You may set notifications preferences via the "Settings" menu option.
how does Dropcountr affect my active auto pay?
To avoid interruption on your active auto pay, please register your Dropcountr account with the email or username associated with your current auto pay.
how to enroll in E-bills?

i am registered to the current portal, do I need to register to Dropcountr?
Yes, all new users to Dropcountr must register an account. For returning customers with an active auto pay, please register with your current username/email.

New customers may begin viewing bills online after the first billing cycle, which can take up to 45 days to generate after account opening.

why is the web portal changing?
The Dropcountr portal provides a mobile app feature that allows customers to manage water utility bills and monitor water usage by phone , a feature that was not available with the previous web portal.
will I be notified when the bill is due?
Your water utility bill is issued monthly by mail or email and is due 25 days from the issued date. E-notifications will be available in the near future.
