The Indio Teen Center is a free city-run after school program open to current 8th -12th grade students. The center offers a Game Room, a TV Room, a Movie Room, an Internet Lounge, Boxing Gym/Multipurpose Room, a Recording Studio, a full-size Kitchen, and ample outdoor area, including a volleyball and basketball court. 

Program changes monthly, offering daily educational and recreational programming, including a daily culinary arts program, audio/visual and/or basic life skills program, an arts and craft activity and sports and recreation.
