The Parks & Facilities maintains the City’s twenty one buildings and surrounding grounds. This includes all utilities, building systems, air conditioning, and general maintenance. In addition, the division oversees and manages the design and construction of building and park improvement projects such as the maintenance and operation of the City’s sixteen parks, forty-nine landscaping and lighting districts, all landscape medians, right-of-way landscaping, tree maintenance, and grounds at all City owned facilities.
