The mission of Inland Fair Housing and Mediation Board is to provide comprehensive service which affirmatively address and promote fair housing practices. Other services provided include homebuyer education and foreclosure prevention counseling.

Rental Assistance

Housing Authority of the County of Riverside
The Housing Authority is a public agency responsible for administering the development, rehabilitation, and financing of affordable housing. Programs that the Housing Authority administers include the Section 8 Housing Voucher Program.

Limited English Proficiency Plan

This document serves as the plan for the City of Indio to provide to persons with limited English proficiency(LEP) services that are in compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000d et seq.; 45C.F.R. § 80.1 et seq.; and 28 C.F.R. § 42.101–42.112). The purpose of this plan is to provide a framework for the provision of timely and reasonable language assistance to LEP persons who come in contact with the City of Indio Neighborhood Stabilization Program.

This LEP plan was developed to ensure meaningful access to grant programs and services for persons with limited English proficiency.
