The City of Indio is building its new Indio Sports Park located at 82600 Market St. 

Following community meetings the first phase of the project will focus on soccer, baseball/softball,  and football. Future phases will expand the park to the west to install other sports, and add more parking.

The current project includes 11 soccer fields sized for various age groups, one professional soccer field that can also be used for football, 2 baseball fields, a perimeter walking path, shade structures with BBQ and picnic tables, drinking fountains, restrooms and a concession stand. 

This project is funded by the State’s Park, Environment and Water Bond Act of 2018, also known as Proposition 68, to fund parks, environmental projects, water infrastructure projects and flood protection measures throughout California.
