Indio Water Authority's top priority is to deliver high quality and safe drinking water that meets the strict drinking water standards established by the State of California and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. IWA's drinking water supply is routinely and comprehensively monitored and water samples are collected and tested.

Each year, IWA produces an annual consumer confidence report that documents that the drinking water served to all IWA customers meets the strictest state and federal drinking water standards.
