*All participants MUST remain in their vehicles.*
ACCEPTABLE ITEMS:
▶ Used motor oil &
used oil filters
▶ Antifreeze and
Hydraulic fluids
▶ Aerosol cans
▶ Batteries (personal,
car, dry cell)
▶ Paint (latex, oil)
Flammables /
Caustic bases
▶ Corrosive acids
Poisons
▶ Fertilizers
▶ 4 ft. & 8 ft. fluorescent
light tubes
▶ Mercury vapor CVLs
▶ Pool chemicals
▶ Medication
(Controlled substances
cannot be accepted)
It is illegal to transport more than 15
gallons or 125 pounds of household
hazardous waste per trip.
