Effective Thursday March 19, the Indio Water Authority/Indio Corporate Yard Lobby is closed to the public in response to State and County's orders and guidance to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
Nearly all transactions, including water bill payments, can be conducted remotely in the following ways:
IWA is continuing to provide high quality drinking water and excellent customer service to our community during the COVID-19 public health emergency; the pandemic does not affect your tap water. As a public utility, we are adhering to Federal, State and County orders and guidance regarding necessary precautions that will enable us to keep providing the best possible service to our community while minimizing risk to our customers, visitors and employees.
If you're in doubt about anything or you need assistance, reach out to us by phone or email at (760) 391-4038 or email@example.com. We will continue to work with individual customers and those facing financial hardships to establish payment arrangements and provide other customer services. During this time, IWA will not be shutting off customers who are unable to make payment; however, all normal billing practices and fees will still apply.
